Spain international Dani Olmo has playfully warned his former youth teammate Marc Cucurella that life at Real Madrid will not be easy. Cucurella completed a €55 million-plus move from Chelsea, becoming José Mourinho’s first major signing since his arrival. The Barcelona academy graduate kept the transfer under wraps until everything was finalised. “We didn’t expect it. He kept it inside,” Olmo told Sport, while also admitting he’s happy for his friend’s big step. Olmo couldn’t resist adding a competitive edge: “Now he’s going to have to suffer in the league, and so will we.
