Legal Options Against ‘Mummy Chubi’ After Glamour Ponzi Scam

Please I need urgent legal advice. My girlfriend and several members of her Facebook group were scammed by a digital creator known as “Mummy Chubi” through a now-defunct app called Glamour. They were enticed with promises of quick returns and lost all their money when the platform collapsed. Out of anger and wounded pride, these women launched mass reports and have already taken down two of her Facebook pages. Now Mummy Chubi is threatening legal action against my girlfriend and the group, refusing to refund their losses. I want to know what legal steps we can take to compel her to settle or secure a judgment in their favour. Any advice from lawyers or those experienced with fraud cases would be greatly appreciated.

Rushing into a lawsuit might drain more money than it recovers when the app defunct status leaves few assets to claim.

Start by compiling transaction statements and user chats, then file a police complaint. Reach out to Cyber Crimes Unit for guidance.
