30-Year-Old Economics Graduate Planning a Nursing Diploma in Canada — Need Advice
I’m a 30-year-old with a degree in Economics, graduated nine years ago with a strong result. I worked in a tech startup before COVID and saved some money to start a business. My venture has struggled lately because of the economic climate, and I’ve been running at a loss. I’m now considering returning to school for a two-year nursing diploma in Canada. The total cost – tuition and living expenses – could be about ₦70 million. I can raise around ₦20 million for the first year’s tuition and hope to gather another ₦20 million for my proof of funds. I’m married with a child, so I need to plan carefully. I’d appreciate insights from anyone in Canada or with experience studying nursing there. Which colleges offer good diploma programs? Any tips on funding or the application process?
