Ogun FRSC Mobile Court Secures 100% Convictions, Fines 25 Traffic Violators
The Federal Road Safety Corps in Ogun State has achieved full convictions for 25 drivers during a recent mobile court session at its sector headquarters. Forty-six traffic offences were recorded, including speed limit breaches, licence infractions, overloading and seatbelt violations. No offender was discharged or sent to prison. The zero-discharge outcome reflects the Corps’ strict enforcement approach. The judiciary, led by Chief Magistrate O.T. Odubanjo, showed firm resolve in upholding road safety laws. The Ogun State Sector Commander emphasised that this mobile court initiative remains key to reducing crashes and fatalities. Motorists are warned to comply with regulations or face severe penalties.
