FirstBank Illegally Deducted ₦184,853 GSI Fee—No Mandate, No Refund

I’m a FirstBank customer and on June 6, 2026 at 1:51 AM, FirstBank deducted ₦184,853.41 from my account without my consent. I never signed a GSI loan mandate or received any prior notification. More than 25 days have passed and the money has not been returned. Transaction Ref: 000080650772. Under CBN rules, GSI deductions require a customer mandate. FirstBank customer care has offered only excuses. I demand an immediate refund of my ₦184,853.41.
