Derby County’s David Ozoh Awaits FA Clearance for Super Eagles Debut

David Ozoh is waiting for the English FA to approve his switch to Nigeria’s national team. The 20-year-old midfielder was born in Spain and has represented England at under-18 level. Ozoh is on loan at Derby County from Crystal Palace. He has scored twice in 32 Championship appearances this season. He could be named in Nigeria’s squad for the Unity Cup later this month. The Super Eagles also face friendlies against Poland and Portugal in June, with Ozoh tipped to fill in for the injured Alex Iwobi.
