2026 List of Nigerian Universities Approved for LL.B Admission
If you plan to study law in Nigeria, you must choose a university approved by the Council of Legal Education. Only those institutions can admit students into the LL.B programme and qualify graduates for the Nigerian Law School. Be aware that some approved universities are under temporary moratoriums and cannot admit law students for specific sessions. Baze University is paused from 2023/24 to 2025/26. Lead City University is suspended until 2027/28. Nigeria Police Academy cannot admit LL.B candidates in 2024/25 and 2025/26. Below is the full list of approved universities, from Abia State University, Uturu, to Azman University, Kano.
