I suggest distinguishing socio-political activists like VDM and Scot Iguma from those driven by the pursuit of political power. Socio-political activists focus on improving living standards and quality of life within existing systems. By defining these roles clearly, activists can better understand their own purpose. This reduces pressure to chase national power for ethnic pride or personal gain and keeps our focus on genuine empowerment.
