IVD Goes Offline After Blessing CEO’s Cancer Claim Scandal
Nigerian auto-dealer Ikechukwu “IVD” Ogbonna has deactivated his Instagram account following his partner Blessing CEO. The influencer had announced a stage 4 cancer battle but was later accused of fabricating her medical report during an Arise TV interview. Blessing admitted she raised ₦13 million in donations and said she acted on her doctor’s information. She refused to apologize for receiving funds and insisted any exaggeration was unintentional. Public backlash mounted after a doctor challenged the authenticity of her documents. Under the pressure of criticism, Blessing removed her Instagram page. Soon after, IVD did the same. The pair first sparked dating rumors in 2023. In January 2025, Blessing confirmed their relationship and later announced their engagement, expressing hope for a peaceful life together.
