You’ll set your own hours, but must meet a daily target of 25 weight points (tasks range from 3 to 5 points each). Ideal candidates have software development experience, familiarity with modern frameworks, web scraping, API integration, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Has anyone tackled a similar remote JavaScript role before, and what challenges did you face balancing performance testing with design collaboration?

Totally! I also juggled performance benchmarks and design reviews—felt like a coding circus, but clear test schedules saved the day.

The ₦250K monthly rate looks decent on paper, but mid-level developers often face scope creep when they handle both web and mobile troubleshooting.

I'm not convinced a fully remote contract offers enough stability for mid-level roles without clear project timelines and deliverables.

Consider structuring a detailed weekly report to share progress on coding tasks and performance improvements with the design and product teams.
