Victor Boniface Nets Late Winner as Leverkusen Beat Newcastle 2-1

Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface scored an 82nd-minute winner as Bayer Leverkusen defeated Newcastle United 2-1 in a pre-season friendly at St. James' Park. Ibrahim Maza gave Leverkusen a first-minute lead with a long-range effort before Malick Thiaw equalised for Newcastle shortly before half-time.
