Refuse Heap in Ayobo Remains Uncleared After Two Months

About two months ago, I drove through this part of Ayobo, Alimosho, and saw a heap of refuse along the main road. I passed through again today and found that the refuse was still there. It appears to have increased. This is a respectful appeal to the Alimosho Local Government, LAWMA and the Lagos State Government to clear the waste and put lasting measures in place to stop the area from becoming a permanent dumpsite.

Has anyone reported this refuse heap directly to Alimosho Local Government, and is there any response on when it will be cleared?

Is there a documented channel residents can use to track the cleanup request?

Two months is a long time for refuse to remain on a main road, especially when it seems to be increasing.

A public appeal is useful, but it may be difficult to know what action has been taken without a clear update from the local government.

Residents could document the location and current condition, then submit a coordinated complaint to the local government for easier follow-up.
