Norway to Lodge FIFA Ethics Complaint Over Balogun Red Card Reversal

The Norwegian Football Federation plans to file a formal ethics complaint with FIFA after what it calls political interference in overturning Folarin Balogun’s red card suspension. NFF president Lise Klaveness insists FIFA must acknowledge that allowing Balogun to play despite his sending-off in the last-32 match against Bosnia and Herzegovina was a serious error.
