FG Unveils ₦1bn Grant Scheme for MSMEs Under 2026 National Awards

FG Unveils ₦1bn Grant Scheme for MSMEs Under 2026 National Awards

The Federal Government has announced a ₦1 billion grant program to support micro, small and medium enterprises nationwide. Under the 2026 National MSME Awards, funds will be disbursed directly to qualifying businesses. The scheme, themed “Renewed Hope for MSMEs,” targets innovation, job creation and technology adoption. Beneficiaries will also access mentorship, advisory services and international market opportunities. Applications open in six days via the official registration portal. Interested businesses should register online, submit required certificates and tax records, and provide a short video presentation of their operations. Complete and professional submissions will stand out. The finale is scheduled for 27 June to coincide with United Nations World MSME Day. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply early and meet all requirements to improve their chances.
