NOA DG Calls on Nigerian Children to Embrace Patriotism and Discipline on Children’s Day
The Director-General of the National Orientation Agency congratulated Nigerian children on Children’s Day, calling them the hope and future of the nation. He urged them to remain committed to learning, discipline, patriotism and moral excellence as they prepare to become tomorrow’s leaders. The DG reminded government, parents, teachers, religious institutions and society of their collective duty to protect every child’s rights, welfare and future. He warned against crime, drug abuse, cultism and cybercrime, and encouraged integrity, hard work, creativity and national unity. The agency reaffirmed its pledge to promote civic values through ongoing public enlightenment programmes.
