Tobi Bakre: ‘If You Refuse to Work with Women, You’re Not Serious’

Media personality and Nollywood actor Tobi Bakre challenged gender bias in the entertainment industry on the Mentality podcast with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. He stressed that women bring immense value to every project he’s worked on. According to Tobi, anyone who turns down collaborations with women isn’t ready to grow. “Women are so powerful. He urged emerging actors to adopt a professional, inclusive mindset and focus on delivering results regardless of gender.
