When we were asked to vacate our house, I asked her to return to her parents so I could think. I took a driving job and spent more on car repairs, but our bills kept piling up. I even rejected her comfort when she tried to help. Though we aren’t married yet, our child binds us like a spouse. I’m now determined to restore balance and rebuild our happiness together.
