Romance Scam at Neo Cash Ogba: Victim Demands Full Refund

Romance Scam at Neo Cash Ogba: Victim Demands Full Refund — 1 of 2
1 / 2

I am filing a formal complaint against Aaron Momoh, an employee at Neo Cash in Ogba, Lagos, for using romantic manipulation to defraud me and cause significant losses. Despite a May 3rd repayment agreement, he returned incomplete items, forced me to cover delivery fees, and has attempted to intimidate me with law enforcement rather than repay his verified debts. I have alerted his employer, but no remedy has been offered. I now demand an immediate full refund. I will keep sharing my experience to prevent others from falling victim to these tactics.

It's curious that Aaron Momoh returned some items yet still required the victim to cover delivery fees for incomplete reimbursement.

Demanding a full refund feels premature when partial repayment happened; maybe giving him another chance to comply makes more sense first.

Gather all communication records, document missing items and fees paid, then lodge a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies promptly.
