Influencer Okoro Blessing Nkiruka Arraigned for Alleged ₦36 Million Fraud
Social media influencer and relationship therapist Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, appeared before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Friday. She faces a two-count charge filed by the EFCC over an alleged ₦36 million fraud. The first count accuses her of obtaining ₦36 million from Mrs. Ifeyinwa Nonye Okoye under false pretences related to leasing a Lekki duplex. The second alleges she converted the same amount for her own use, offences under the Advance Fee Fraud Act and the Criminal Code. Defence counsel informed the court that Blessing CEO has refunded ₦24 million and is negotiating the balance with the complainant. The prosecution urged that she take her plea. Justice Dipeolu ordered her to enter a plea and remanded her in EFCC custody pending trial. The case resumes on June 5, 2026.
