Business Development Manager – Events & Media, Lagos
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager based in Lagos. You will drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the corporate and entertainment sectors. Key responsibilities include identifying new B2B clients, building strategic relationships with event planners and agencies, and managing a structured sales pipeline. You will drive outbound prospecting, convert leads into business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within events, media, marketing, or related industries. A strong understanding of the corporate ecosystem and proven ability to engage senior decision-makers are essential. Experience in live event production and an existing network in FMCGs, banks, or telecoms is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools is also desirable.
