ABU VC Celebrates Chancellor’s 85th Birthday and 24 Years as Obi of Onitsha
The Vice-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University, Prof. Adamu Ahmed, has praised the Chancellor for guiding ABU to new heights. Speaking on the occasion of His Majesty Igwe Alfred Ugochukwu Achebe’s 85th birthday and the 24th anniversary of his ascension as the Obi of Onitsha, Prof. Ahmed highlighted the Chancellor’s unwavering dedication and leadership. He described these years of service as exemplary and noted that the Chancellor’s influence has positively impacted many at both national and international levels. The Vice-Chancellor wished him continued health and many more years of service.
