Head of Operations (Idu) – Lead Plant, Fleet & Logistics

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Operations based in Idu to oversee our plant, fleet, workshop and logistics functions. You will ensure maximum equipment availability, cost control, regulatory compliance and safe, efficient operations. Key responsibilities include: • Leading daily operations to drive business continuity and efficiency • Managing asset maintenance, preventive upkeep and lifecycle optimisation • Overseeing fleet deployment, transportation and delivery operations • Implementing cost controls and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics or related field • 7–10 years of operations management experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction or industrial sectors • Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills To apply, send your CV with “Head of Operations” as the email subject to our recruitment team.
