Elon Musk Regains Trillionaire Status After $62 Billion Rally

Elon Musk Regains Trillionaire Status After $62 Billion Rally

Elon Musk has surged past the $1 trillion net worth mark once again. A single-day rally in SpaceX and Tesla shares added roughly $62.3 billion to his wealth. SpaceX stock jumped 7.6% and Tesla shares climbed 8.6%, boosting Musk’s holdings. He owns about 4.8 billion SpaceX shares, 350 million stock options and roughly 700 million Tesla shares. Musk briefly fell below the trillion-dollar milestone when Forbes adjusted its valuation method. A market pullback in SpaceX shares also trimmed his fortune. This latest rebound cements his lead over fellow tech billionaires. Looking ahead, Tesla’s newly approved compensation plan could further amplify Musk’s wealth if ambitious performance targets are met over the next decade.
