2026 Ireland Fellows Programme: Fully Funded Master’s Scholarships for Nigerian Professionals

The Embassy of Ireland in Nigeria has announced that applications for the 2026 Ireland Fellows Programme open on June 29. This one-year, fully funded Master’s scholarship is available to early and mid-career professionals from Nigeria and Ghana. Eligible candidates must be Nigerian or Ghanaian nationals with at least a bachelor’s degree (Second Class Lower) and three years of relevant work experience. Nigerian applicants may also qualify for the Roger Casement Fellowship in Human Rights to pursue degrees in law, human rights or governance. The scholarship covers tuition fees, a monthly living allowance, accommodation support, return airfare, visa costs and health insurance. Applications close on July 26, 2026.
