₦28 Trillion Collected, Zero Capital Released: Why Nigeria’s Projects Are Stalling

Massive revenues have been generated and budgets approved. Yet capital funds are not being released. Where is the money going? Under the Pay Our Money Movement, citizens have noted awarded contracts and executed projects. But payments remain unpaid. When capital funds are withheld, contractors go unpaid, workers lose jobs and key projects stall. Poor roads, weak healthcare and unreliable power follow, driving up living costs. The government must explain why approved funds are still locked away, how much is owed and when payments will be made. No payment means no projects, no jobs and growing hardship.
