Operations Manager – TSL Metroline Passenger Transport Services

TSL Metroline seeks an Operations Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee daily bus services. You will develop strategies for service efficiency and uphold productivity standards. You will be responsible for budget preparation and cost control to ensure value for money. Lead and manage operational staff, handle grievances and liaise with transport regulatory bodies. Key duties include supervising vehicle maintenance, monitoring passenger feedback, ensuring compliance with transport regulations and HSE standards. You will also prepare operational reports and drive staff development initiatives. Requirements: • University degree • Minimum eight years’ experience in a bus transport company, including three years in a management role • Professional certification or membership in a relevant body is an advantage
