Procurement Officer – Oil & Gas (Port Harcourt, Full-Time)

Join a leading oil and gas company in Port Harcourt as a Procurement Officer. You will manage the complete supply chain, from sourcing and vendor negotiations to overseeing the Nigerian importation process. Key Responsibilities: • Validate and track purchase requisitions across all departments • Handle import documentation, including Form M and PAAR via the Single Window Trade Portal • Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for technical spares, PPE and consumables • Ensure compliance with NCS, SON and industry regulations • Provide weekly procurement dashboards and maintain a digital audit trail Requirements: • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field • 3–5 years’ procurement experience in oil and gas • Strong knowledge of Form M, PAAR, HS codes and customs procedures • Excellent negotiation skills and MS Excel proficiency Salary range: ₦300,000–₦400,000/month.
