Jonathan Peter Taffer is an American entrepreneur and TV personality best known for hosting the reality series Bar Rescue. He helped create the NFL Sunday Ticket concept and later served on the NFL Enterprises board. Born in Great Neck, New York in 1954, Taffer began managing West Hollywood nightclubs in 1978. He founded his first bar in 1989, led the Nightclub and Bar Media Group as president, launched the BarHQ app, released his book Raise the Bar in 2013, and patented a music management system for public venues. Taffer married Nicole in 2000 and they have a daughter, Samantha. Now based in Las Vegas, he has an estimated net worth of about $15 million.
