Chelsea have reportedly opened negotiations with Galatasaray to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen this summer. The 27-year-old was left out of the Super Eagles squad for upcoming friendlies amid transfer talk, a claim he denies calling “taken out of context.” Interest remains strong from several Premier League clubs, with Manchester United also linked. Galatasaray are said to value Osimhen at around €150 million, double the fee they paid Napoli last year. He scored 15 league goals and provided 5 assists as the Turkish champions defended their title. Incoming manager Xabi Alonso reportedly views Osimhen as his top attacking target.
