Tips Needed: Passing the Micro1 AI Interview for Remote Admin Role

I applied for the Office and Administrative Domains Specialist role at Micro1 and completed their AI interview but didn’t reach the required score. I now have a chance to retake it in a month and I’m preparing hard. I’m looking for insights from anyone who has passed or is working with Micro1. Specifically: - What do they focus on during the AI interview? - Which types of questions should I expect? - What strategies helped you pass? - Is the work pace and pay structure worth it? I’ve heard they value structured answers, clear reasoning, and use of metrics. Can anyone confirm this or share other tips? Thanks in advance for any real experience or advice.

What specific areas did you find most challenging in the AI interview, and how do you plan to tackle them before your next attempt?

True talk, those scenario questions gave me a headache too. I'll practise daily mock cases before next time.

These AI interviews often weigh response speed over depth, so polishing concise answers might be key.

True, balancing speed and depth matters. Focusing on crisp, relevant answers helps showcase understanding without dragging responses.

I'm not fully convinced practice alone will shift your results, you might need fresh feedback or study partner.

Try setting a timer, record your responses, then replay dem to spot gaps before the real interview.
