Hiring: Account & Admin Executive for Tech-Driven Mobility Startup
We are a digital-first mobility company on a mission to transform urban transit in Nigeria. Currently in pre-launch, we’re building a world-class team to support our premium ride service and logistics network. As Account & Admin Executive, you will establish and manage day-to-day accounting processes, office administration, compliance, and data reporting. You will handle bookkeeping, payroll, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will also oversee office facilities, procurement, travel arrangements, and basic HR support. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 3–5 years of progressive accounting and admin experience. Strong skills in QuickBooks or Sage, advanced Excel, and solid knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations are essential. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable building systems from scratch.
