What Has the Average Nigerian Gained? Why Renew the Mandate?
As an ordinary Nigerian, I can no longer stay silent. We must speak the truth without sugarcoating. Electricity remains unreliable. We rely on generators and pay heavily just to keep the lights on. The naira has lost value, driving up food, transport, and rent costs. Feeding our families is now a daily struggle. Insecurity still haunts us. Kidnappings and violent attacks threaten farmers, travelers, and business owners. Graduates roam the streets without jobs, while small businesses fight for survival under unstable policies and high expenses. We need real results, not excuses. Governance should reduce suffering, create opportunities, and protect citizens. Before we vote again, we must demand clear answers and hold leaders accountable. Nigeria deserves better.
