Hebron Can Be Conquered: Moving Beyond Fear With Faith

Today's devotional reflects on Hebron, a city once feared because of the Anakim living there. Forty years earlier, ten spies saw Ahiman, Sheshai and Talmai and concluded that Israel could not defeat them. Their fearful report discouraged a generation. Later, Judah faced the same city and the same giants with faith and overcame them. The difference was not the size of the challenge, but the posture of those confronting it. Whatever fear, failure or discouraging report you may have inherited does not have to define your future. Ask God for the courage to move forward in faith, trusting that the obstacles before you can be conquered.
