Galdunx Limited is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations for its software, e-commerce, and content businesses. You will work closely with the founder to manage schedules, communications, research, and light administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate calendar and meetings using Google Calendar • Handle email correspondence and draft responses • Support social media posting and scheduling on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok • Assist with WhatsApp broadcasts and customer follow-ups • Conduct market, competitor, and vendor research • Organize documents in Notion and Google Drive • Track tasks, deadlines, and prepare basic reports • Provide ad hoc administrative support Requirements: • 1–2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support • Strong written and spoken English • Proficient with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and Notion • Reliable internet and availability during Lagos business hours • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Complete the application form to apply.
