At a high-level meeting with the UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief, officials discussed safeguards for religious freedom, challenges faced by communities, and efforts to address discrimination and tensions. Representing the governor, senior officials, including the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, committed to strengthening institutions, promoting dialogue, and working with traditional and religious leaders to sustain peace and social cohesion.
