The NYSC has concluded its 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II service year in Osun State with a passing-out ceremony held across all 30 local government areas and the state Area Office. A total of 2,132 corps members received their Certificates of National Service after successfully completing one year of service. Service for 12 corps members was extended due to various infractions, while 27 others were declared absconders under NYSC byelaws. Monitoring teams led by the State Coordinator visited Ife North, Ife Central, Ife East and the Area Office to oversee the exercise. State Coordinator Mr Ekeng Kubiangha congratulated the outgoing members on their discipline and contributions to host communities. He reminded them to observe a 21-day terminal leave, avoid wearing the NYSC uniform after service, and carefully check their certificates for accuracy before laminating. Kubiangha urged graduates to embrace personal responsibility as they transition into civilian life. He advised them to set clear goals, stay security-conscious ahead of upcoming elections, and continue upholding the values of integrity and selfless service. Certificates of Commendation were also awarded to outstanding Corps Liaison Officers.
