Saliba: PSG Still a Scary Side Ahead of Champions League Final

Saliba: PSG Still a Scary Side Ahead of Champions League Final

William Saliba says PSG were frightening last season and remain a formidable force this year. He pointed to their Champions League win and lethal attack as proof of their status. Speaking at Arsenal’s media day, the defender admitted PSG deserve to be favourites. He highlighted familiar faces from his time with the French national team and recalled facing them in last season’s semi-finals. Saliba believes Arsenal must be at their absolute best to stand a chance next Saturday. He praised his own side’s defence but warned that beating PSG requires a 100% performance. Reflecting on Arsenal’s Premier League triumph, Saliba singled out the win over Everton in March as the moment he knew the Gunners would lift the title. He said belief and consistency saw them through even after a setback against Manchester City.

Arsenal should study PSG's tactics from last season's CL run to shore up their defence before facing that lethal attack.
