Why Atiku Should Step Aside: Obi and Kwankwaso as the Opposition’s Best Bet

Atiku Abubakar should retire from active politics. His repeated bids after splitting from President Jonathan undermined both his party and the democratic process. He pursued the presidency before Jonathan completed his term. That early challenge weakened the PDP and damaged its credibility. With Atiku’s influence fading, the Obi/Kwankwaso alliance now presents the strongest opposition platform. Meanwhile, Bola Tinubu deserves support to continue leading the country.
