Lagos Court Arraigns Man for Alleged Abduction of Neighbour’s Child
A Lagos Magistrates’ Court in Ojo on Monday arraigned 29-year-old Samson Ijuo on two counts of conspiracy and abduction. The police prosecutor told the court that Ijuo allegedly took a neighbour’s underage son to an undisclosed location between June 2025 and February, acting with accomplices still at large. The offence falls under Section 269 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015. Ijuo denied the charges. He was granted bail of ₦300,000 with two sureties of the same amount. The case returns for mention on 20 May.
