We’re Hiring: Merchant Success Manager to Empower Lagos Merchants

We are looking for a Merchant Success Manager to guide our onboarded merchants toward growth and success on our platform. You will build strong relationships, check in regularly, resolve issues early, and help merchants improve performance and sales. This is a hands-on role focused on proactive support, not call-center tasks. Requirements: • HND or Bachelor’s degree in any field • Minimum 1 year in customer service, account management, sales, or another customer-facing role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized and proactive mindset • Comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment • Must be based in Lagos (onsite) Why You’ll Love This Role: You’ll have a direct impact on small business success.
