Genoa Set to Relaunch €5m Bid for Super Eagles Right-Back Ryan Alebiosu
Serie A side Genoa are ready to renew their pursuit of Nigeria full-back Ryan Alebiosu this summer, reports have revealed. The Rossoblù originally made a move for the 24-year-old during the winter window but saw their offer turned down by Blackburn Rovers. Italian media say Daniele De Rossi’s team will lodge a fresh €5 million proposal for the former Arsenal academy graduate. Blackburn have indicated they could be open to selling Alebiosu after securing their Championship status. The Nigeria international joined from Kortrijk in 2023 and contributed one goal and five assists in 41 league appearances last season.
