As youth unemployment rises, the Ilorin Innovation Hub offers free digital and entrepreneurship training to help participants earn up to $2,000 each month. Through its flagship Learn to Earn programme, the hub provides year-long courses in AI, software development and digital innovation. Graduates receive guaranteed income support alongside co-working space, mentorship and business resources. The 13,000 m² facility, powered by solar panels and high-speed 5G, hosts training rooms, incubation suites and a pitch hall. Partners include the Kwara State Government, IHS Towers, Co-creation Hub and Future Africa. Since launch, over 30,000 people have attended more than 150 events. Many startups have secured grants and funding, while learners praise the reliable power supply, inclusive design and supportive community.
