UNIMAID SUG Health Ministry Kicks Off Campus Sanitation Inspections

UNIMAID SUG Health Ministry Kicks Off Campus Sanitation Inspections — 1 of 3
1 / 3

On April 20, the SUG Ministry of Health at UNIMAID launched campus-wide sanitation inspections of all student restaurants and food vendors. Hon. Pius Iliya, Minister of Health, explained the drive will focus on water safety, food preparation hygiene, and dining area cleanliness to curb cholera and other food-borne illnesses. Health teams will work with vendors to close hygiene gaps and promote safe food handling. Students are encouraged to choose only clean, certified food outlets as the Ministry builds a healthier campus for all.
