Join Our Team as a Recovery Officer in Ikeja, Lagos

StreSER Service Limited is hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing client. We’re looking for a Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding debts in Ikeja, Lagos. Key duties include tracking unpaid accounts, planning recovery actions, locating and contacting debtors, updating account databases, and recommending legal action when necessary. You’ll also negotiate payment plans, handle customer inquiries, and identify improvements to the recovery process. Requirements: BSc/HND in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. At least one year of relevant experience. NYSC completion. Strong knowledge of legal requirements, MS Office and databases. Excellent negotiation, time-management and communication skills. Team player with the ability to meet tight targets.
