Tinubu Sends High-Powered Delegation to Oyo After School Kidnappings

President Tinubu has dispatched an emergency federal team to Ogbomoso in Oyo State. This follows the May 15 abduction of teachers, students and pupils from three local schools. The delegation is led by Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila. It also includes the National Security Adviser, the Inspector-General of Police and the Minister of Defence. They have met with grieving families and community leaders. The team’s mission is to oversee rescue efforts and ensure swift government action in securing the release of all those taken.
