Boosie Badazz Sues After $600K Trump Pardon Promise Falls Through

Boosie Badazz Sues After $600K Trump Pardon Promise Falls Through

Rapper Boosie Badazz has filed a lawsuit against political operatives Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman, accusing them of taking $600,000 to secure a pardon from former President Trump that never materialized. Boosie’s team says the operatives claimed strong White House ties and even told his lawyer on New Year’s Day that the pardon had been signed. When no clemency came, Boosie invoked a refund clause seeking $300,000 back. Wohl and Burkman deny any refund agreement and insist they worked hard on his case. A White House spokesperson also said the duo never contacted the official clemency team. Boosie later had his federal sentence reduced to time served and has since applied for a separate pardon directly.

It's surprising that someone would pay six hundred thousand dollars based solely on alleged White House connections that never existed.

We shouldn't assume Boosie had no chance—he might have explored other legal options before handing over that cash.

Next time high stakes are involved, verify credentials independently and consult a trusted attorney before any payment.
