Frank Edoho’s Alleged Lover Sues Estranged Wife Sandra for N100M Over Defamation

Adekoya Ibukunoluwa has filed a defamation suit against Sandra Edoho, demanding N100 million in damages. She alleges Sandra made false Instagram posts linking her to an affair with media host Frank Edoho. Documents dated July 17, 2026, accuse Sandra of libel, fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of privacy. Adekoya claims Sandra impersonated Frank on WhatsApp in November 2023, lured her to his Lagos home with a fake offer, then exposed her to public ridicule. After Frank and Sandra’s marriage collapsed, Sandra shared Adekoya’s photos, chats and video clips online, portraying her as one of Frank’s mistresses. Adekoya says the posts subjected her to cyberbullying and reputational harm. She wants the court to declare the posts defamatory, order their deletion, secure a public apology and award N100 million in damages. Her lawyers also proposed an out-of-court settlement of N20 million plus an apology.
