Amid Ugep’s 7-Day Curfew, Some Married Men Still Brave the Club at Night

A 7-day, 6pm curfew was declared in Ugep after tensions between Idomi and Great Ugep escalated into what many describe as a tribal war. While most men stay home with their families or patrol the streets, a daring few slip out after dark. On one recent night, only seven men and one woman risked the curfew to keep the local club alive.
