We are hiring a full-time Customer Care & Ticketer to work in Garki, Abuja or Ikeja, Lagos. You will handle customer inquiries, book and issue local and international flight tickets, manage reservations, process cancellations and refunds, and ensure top-quality service. Requirements include a minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field, proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), strong communication skills, attention to detail and travel industry experience.
