Atiku’s Aide: Tinubu Will Be Judged by Results, Not Political Mastery

Phrank Shaibu, media aide to former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, argues that Nigerians care more about President Tinubu’s performance than his political skills. He responded to Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo’s praise of Tinubu’s opposition tactics and claims that the president is always “100 steps ahead” of his rivals. Shaibu says past victories in political chess do not feed hungry families or secure communities. He warns that rhetoric cannot mask growing hardship and insecurity. He insists that true leadership is measured by improving citizens’ lives, not clever storytelling or recycled opposition tactics.
